The YWCA of WNY has been in the childcare and afterschool business for over 20 years. Our staff is
trained and experienced in the care of children; all staff has received first aid and CPR training. "The staff is
very knowledgeable and they always have fun activities for the children to do throughout the summer. Each
week has its own theme and field trip that corresponds with it. The children who attend always have fun and
enjoy themselves," said Sherri Wielinski, Supervisor of YWCA Children's Services.
To learn more information about the summer fun programs, please call the Children's Services
Department at 716-852-6120, extension 106. We accept reimbursement from the Department of Social Services
for daycare assistance, and tuition scholarship money is available for eligible parents. There is limited space
available and the program quickly fills up on a first-come, first-serve basis.
