The Institute for Public Leadership

In June of 2009, The YWCA of Western New York, Inc. announced the revival of the Institute for Public Leadership (IPL). Our YWCA had the largest program in the country with nearly 500 women going through the program to run for judge, legislative office and be campaign managers. Most of the women in office today in WNY went through our program.
