The YWCA of Western New York is embarking on an initiative to examine racial issues in Western New York.  In this stage of program development, we have formed a dynamic task force with members from our community.  This task force is developing a strategic plan for action, which includes engaging the community in critical dialogue. 

Racism lives a healthy existence in silence & cover.  Let's talk about it freely without guilt, without prejudice, without despair, and together we will diminish its strength and eliminate it forever.
