Case Manager - Transitional Housing      

Case Manager to work with families in our Transitional Housing Program (THP).  The THP houses homeless single female head of household.   Case manager will work with residents to develop independent development plans, and provide support services where needed.  Candidate must have bachelors in social work or related field and experience in working with families and domestic violence.    Reports to supervisor - Transitional Housing.
